Apex Circuit Design

Clive Bowen was appointed by Motorsport Asia in 2005 to put together a consortium of consultants and invited HOK Sport London, Meinhardt and Faithful and Gould to prepare a bid for the government funded Singapore Street Circuit feasibility study and principal design, the F1 project which went to formal public tender. The bid was won by a rival consortium and Singapore hosted the first night-time floodlit race in F1 in Autumn 2008 along a circuit configuration not dissimilar to our proposed configuration.
