Apex Circuit Design

Clive Bowen was commissioned in 2004 with support from WS Atkins Abu Dhabi to design a Category 3 FIA homologated race circuit on a very small footprint as part of the larger Ghazala Bay development in northern Egypt near Alexandria. The designs were subsequently approved by the FIA Circuits and Safety Commission and the client intends to commence construction at this site or possibly an alternative site nearer Cairo in due course.
