Project management services
We provide an ongoing project management service during circuit construction. This service includes site reviews, international project marketing and other commercial support services.
Our project management service is usually provided as part of the wider remit of site management and engineering by our project partners who would assume lead consultant role.
We also work with our partners to provide quantity surveying services to clients in order to ensure accurate cost management for the project. In addition to the provision of tender documentation we work with our partners to evaluate tender submissions from bidding contractors if required.
We can also carry out site visits to oversee project progress and to manage the relationships between stakeholders to ensure targets are met.
Site visits are also made to oversee technical and circuit infrastructure development and, as construction nears completion, for homologation purposes.
We also support the client project team with the production of marketing material to help attract investors to the project or for presenting the project to local authorities.
We have provided project management services working on several motorsport projects including the Dubai Autodrome, Iceland MotoPark and Abu Dhabi International Shooting Club.
