Facility operation and event management

We work with a number of specialist motorsport consultants to provide event overlay, pre-operation recruitment and training support, liaison with event promoters, pre-event inspections, event security control advice and capital equipment investment advice to our clients.
We can also provide design services to our clients for event overlay, temporary spectator facilities, detailed event paddock plans and outside broadcaster compound designs. We work with circuit operators, race teams, series promoters and organisers, drivers, engineers and motorsport consultants and can provide our clients with experienced personnel to provide pre-operational support to include the organisation of event calendars, the procurement of equipment such as karts, cars or safety clothing, personnel recruitment, training and the provision of operation manuals.
We can also provide experienced personnel for events; who would manage media/VIP/team pass accreditation and documentation and provide an event pass and security management service.
Pre-event inspections
If required, we can also undertake pre-event track safety and infrastructure inspections as follows:
Permanent Circuits: Inspection to take place about one month before a race event.
Temporary circuit: Inspection to take place during track preparation and prior to FIA homologation.
