Apex Motorsport Management Ltd can provide clients with a support service to establish and/or manage operational requirements at new or existing race circuits. Apex has undertaken this role at a number of race circuit destinations including the Dubai Autodrome (UAE) and the new Eurasia Autodrome Domodedovo (Moscow) by embedding experienced Apex employed motorsport facility operators into the local team.
Apex personnel can work remotely to prepare operational, equipment and safety documentation for clients and can provide an onsite presence to recruit, train and manage circuit staff and to establish effective day-to-day and major event operations.
Some key roles undertaken by Apex as part of its management service include; building motorsport calendars; securing major race series or corporate events; identifying and maximising work force efficiency and recruiting and training and managing race circuit operation teams. Apex also provide client representation for clients on a commercial basis and have assisted our clients with securing a number of event, business and sponsorship opportunities.
From a more technical perspective, Apex can build bespoke technical specifications for race control and circuit operations equipment from international kart to Formula One standards. For new race circuit builds, Apex integrate operational staff from the design stage to ensure the motorsport functionality of all buildings is maximised and assist clients with procuring all of the necessary furniture and equipment.
The Apex Motorsport Management service compliments parent company Apex Circuit Design’s ability to design and develop new FIA approved motorsport entertainment destinations. We have a proven track record in reducing operational budgets at international race circuits.
