Apex were commissioned, with Ridge and Partners and Scott Wilson, to design and master plan the Eurasia Autodrome Domodedovo. This project includes a 3km FIA homologated Category 2 race circuit which is located on the outskirts of a new commercial and residential development, Konstantinovo, currently under construction 37km South of Moscow and close to the Domodedovo International Airport.

Construction began in 2008 and the circuit developer, Eurasia City, have signed an agreement with the Stephane Ratel Organisation, the promoters of the FIA GT1 World Championship, to host a round of the new FIA GT1 World Championship from 2011 onwards.
