Clive Bowen was commissioned in 2005 through WSR to undertake the detailed design and homologation services to the FIA for a new hill circuit for V8 Supercars, A1GP and historic Formula 5000 race cars. The circuit commenced build in 2007 and is scheduled for completion in 2009. The local engineering practice in New Zealand, Fraser Thomas Ltd., have handled the construction engineering documentation.
